La force militaire conjointe des pays du G5 Sahel d’une capacité de 5.000 hommes, sera opérationnelle d’ici à la mi-mars 2018, sans l’Algérie. Or ce pays est l’un des pivots dans la lutte contre le terrorisme en Afrique.
