Conformément à la Loi L/2016/066/AN portant loi de Finances Initiales pour 2017, le Tarif Extérieur Commun (TEC) de la CEDEAO adopté par les Chefs d’Etats et de Gouvernement de la CEDEAO est applicable aux importations et aux exportations de marchandises pour compter du 1er janvier 2017.
