Le président Joseph Kabila a nommé, Henri Mova Sakanyi vice-Premier ministre et ministre de l’Intérieur. Le secrétaire-général du PPRD, au pouvoir remplace à ce poste un autre ponte du régime, Emmanuel Ramazani Chadary.
